1 large melon
2 Indian cloves
1 cup (tea) sugar
Cut the melon into pieces. Grate the lemon peel and squeeze the juice. In a pan, put the melon, the lemon juice and zests, the cinnamon, the Indian cloves and the sugar. Let it cook for 30 minutes. Let the sweet to cool and store it in a small bottle.
