Watermelon ice cream

Considered one of the most complete that brings benefits to the organismo, the watermelon is a fruit rich in vitamins and mineral salts and a good source of energy and hydration for the body. Beside that, it increases immunity helping to prevent diseases like diabetes, urinary infection and cancer.

Watermelon ice cream

Ingredients:

500g watermelon pulp

395g condensed milk

2 tablespoons (soup) lemon juice

Preparation:

Mix the watermelon pulp with the condensed milk and lemon juice until get a creamy liquid. Freeze the mixture for 4 hours. Remove from the freezer, mix it vigorously and return to freezer for more 12 hours. To increase refreshance, add fruit balls with ice cream at serving time.
